Shipping Information

We take great care in creating all our products at Indah and want to ensure you receive it in the freshest, most delectable condition. Because chocolate is sensitive to heat, we also take great care when shipping our products. 

Two Business Day Service

Order by 12 p.m. Monday – Wednesday and we can ship your package out the next business day. Orders placed after 12 noon Wednesday for two day shipment will be held and shipped from our factory on the following Monday.

Unattended Packages

If your recipient is not home, our carriers will leave your package on the doorstep. Please keep in mind that many things can happen to an unattended Indah box (i.e., hungry neighbors, weather, etc.).  If you think any of these could pose a problem, we recommend shipping to an address where someone can sign for and receive your package.

International

Unfortunately, Indah does not ship internationally at this time. However you can get in touch with us at hello@indahchocolate.com and we can see what best we can do.

    Returns

    We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at +91 9637496232 with details of the product and the defect.
